Seven journals dating between 1941 and 1955 that primarily report the daily observations and activities related to Mr. Hoult's work for the Idaho State Highway Department, including some weather reports as they relate to road conditions. A photograph album depicting scenes of roads and roadwork in Idaho taken by Hoult during this same period is included.
